Registration Fees

Special reduction of the registration fees was considered this year due to COVID-19 outbreak.

Payments are processed in Reais (BRL - Brazilian currency) and the final value depends on your Credit Card exchange rate.

Registration Policy for Papers

One full registration must accompany each accepted paper. Each full registration covers a maximum of 2 (two) papers, but a special discount can be applied for more papers (please contact iwssip2020@ic.uff.br).

Failure to register before the deadline will result in a withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and proceedings. Any paper included in the conference program, but not presented at the conference according to the published schedule, will not appear in the official proceedings.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued to participants who paid the registration and have decided not to attend the conference.
