On behalf of the organizing program committee, we would like to welcome you to the 20^th International Conference on Systems, Signal and Image Processing IWSSIP 2013. The conference will take place in Bucharest, Romania, from July 7^th to July 9^th 2013, being hosted by the University “Politehnica” of Bucharest.

IWSSIP 2013 uses EasyChair for the conference management.

To submit papers, please use the EasyChair IWSSIP 2013 page.

Authors are expected to present their papers at the Conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by June 14, 2013 in order to have the paper included in the Program and Proceedings. It is required that each accepted paper be orally presented (approx. 15 minutes presentation time) by its author, co-authors or a presenter (non-author). Any paper must be presented by a registered person. The organizers will not send conference materials to no-show authors.

(*) To ensure the proper processing of the registration, please send by email a scanned form of the IEEE membership card/ student card along with your registration form.

Registration fee includes:

• Participation to all conference sessions and all social events - coffee-breaks, cocktail, and the conference dinner to be held in the evening of July 08, 2013 (*)
• One conference proceedings per registered participant;

(*) The student registration fee does NOT include the social events.

Each registration fee entitles the publication and presentation of one paper of up to 4 pages. The registered author may include additional pages at a charge equivalent to 50€ per extra page.
