Registration Form

Registration Method #1 - Flow scenario:

Step 1. Complete the payment registration form below with the specific information related to your paper and press the "Proceed to the payment gateway" button.
Step 2. You will be redirected to the online secure payment gateway, where you can make the payment with your card (and save the bank wire transfer fee).
Step 3. After completing step 2, you can save the payment report and send it on email with the completed Registration Form in Step 5 for faster processing.
Step 4. All payments made with the card will be manually verified with the bank online payment system and an email confirmation will be sent by the Conference Organizing Team, both to the email provided in the form at step 1 and to the corresponding author's email of the paper with the ID specified at step 1, in maximum 48H (bank working days).
Step 5. Download and complete the following Registration Form Document and send it by email to: iwssip2013@gmail.com.

Registration Method #2 (Wire Transfer) - Flow scenario:

Step 1. You can use the following information to make a wire transfer payment (please specify "IWSSIP 2013" and your [paper ID] from EasyChair on the payment order):

Step 2. After completing step 1, scan a copy of the payment order and send it on email with the completed Registration Form in Step 3 for faster processing.
Step 3. Download and complete the following Registration Form Document and send it by email to: iwssip2013@gmail.com.

* All payments made by wire transfer will be manually verified with the bank and an email confirmation will be sent by the Conference Organizing Team to the corresponding author's email of the paper with the ID specified in the payment order at step 1, in maximum 48H from the bank confirmation.
