PAPER SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts in any of the technical areas listed on the "topics" page. The paper size is limited to 8Mbyte and the paper length is limited to 4 pages including figures and references.
FORMAT YOUR PAPER
- IMPORTANT: You should use A4 paper size for your IWSSIP paper.
- Please prepare your paper according to the IWSSIP 2011 paper sample:

(The LaTeX System Tester is included in the LaTeX archives content.
The package includes instructions on how to test your LaTeX system settings
and reconfigure them as necessary to enable you to emulate the
"control output" for the best PDF conversion. You are strongly encouraged
to perform this test before laying out your final manuscript. )

- Authors are asked to carefully study IEEE PDF requirements and convert their papers to PDF based on these requirements. Otherwise, paper will be rejected without review.
Convert your paper to Adobe Acrobat (PDF). Authors are asked to carefully study the IWSSIP 2011 paper sample requirements and convert their papers to PDF. Don't lock your PDF, otherwise the, paper will be rejected without any review. Select the conference topic that most closely matches the subject area of your paper. This topic selection will be used to match reviewers to your paper, and to include your paper in the most appropriate session in the conference program, so it is important to make a careful selection. The IWSSIP 2011 conference proceedings will be printed / published in grayscale. However, the conference proceedings CD will be published in color. Commercial references (such as Product Names, Brands, or Part Numbers) are not permitted in the body of the paper. Commercial presentation opportunities are available during sponsored events at the symposium.

IEEE eXpress
It is our pleasure to announce that Proceedings of IWSSIP 2011 will be published through IEEE
eXpress Conference Publishing after the workshop and indexed
through IEEE Xplore.
Accepted papers should be converted to meet IEEE
PDF specifications.
IWSSIP 2011 will be soon entitled to use the
IEEE's PDF eXpress® online tool. PDF
eXpress® is an online source file
conversion / PDF validation system that allows authors to
either convert their papers to PDF or validate that their
self-generated PDF meets IEEE PDF specifications for
publishing and archiving into the IEEE Xplore digital
library.
The detailed schedule as well as author
guidelines for final manuscript preparation accoriding to
IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing requirements will be
announced soon.
Authors submitting papers for presentation at IWSSIP 2011 should be able to communicate effectively in English. Individuals presenting papers at the symposium should be able to effectively deliver the paper in English to an international audience - authors who are unable to do so themselves, should make an effort to find alternative speakers who can effectively present their paper.
At least one author from the authors collective is obliged to pay the conference fee, otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
It is expected and required that each accepted paper will be orally presented (app. 15-minutes presentation time) by its author, co-author or a presenter (non-author). Symposium organizers will not send proceedings hard copies, electronic proceedings or paper separates to no-show authors. No-show authors will be excluded from all future IWSSIP paper submissions.
