The Icebreaker for all participants of the conference will take place on the 11th of April in the so-called “Kuppelsaal” of the TU. Do not miss this very nice opportunity to get in touch with all your co-researchers in your field! There will be some cocktails served. This is merely a 5 min walk from the conference site .
Conference Banquett
Thursday, April 12th, 7 p.m.
U2 Station Rathaus, Wiener Rathaus (City Hall), Lichtenfeldgasse 2, Feststiege 1, 1. Stock, Stadtsenatssitzungssaal The official conference banquet will take place on the 12th of April in the city hall of Vienna. There will be a gala dinner and live music. Do not miss this nice event in one of the most historical buildings of Vienna. Make sure you have your dinner ticket ready, as it is your access to the building. You can reach the city hall by walking (15min) or subway U2.
The Rathaus was built in gothic style between 1872 and 1883. It is the seat of the of the mayor and the city council.
Sightseeing Tour
Saturday, April 14th, 9 a.m.
Duration: approx. 3h
Starting point: Gußhausstraße between building no. 25 and 27-29 Within the conference we offer all participants who registered for it to join an organized sightseeing tour of Vienna.
