Please, follow the instructions on how to prepare Camera Ready Papers, carefully.
1.) Create your full paper for CD ROM
proceedings
Papers
must be written in English. Four (4) camera-ready pages, including
figures, are recommended for each paper. Papers should not
have page numbers, headers, and
footers.
Use available paper style description/template in MS
Word.
Use available predefined style (.cls) and sample paper (.tex) for
LaTeX2e Users.
2.) Conversion of Full
paper to PDF format
Please
format your abstract and paper according to the instructions given
above and convert them into PDF format. Double-check the paper size in
your page setup to make sure you are using the A4 size paper layout
(210 x 297mm).
For LaTeX2e Users: when converting from dvi to
Postscript make sure that use the command:
dvi2ps -P pdf -t A4 <filename>
The
"-P pdf" option is required to generate the correct Postcript file,
which uses Type 1 scalable fonts instead of bitmapped fonts. This
ensures that PDF files can be viewed both on the monitor screen and can
be printed on the A4 paper.
When converting from ps to pdf you can use "ps2pdf_bat" file (on the
GhostScript directory) as:
ps2pdf <Postcsript_file_name>
For MS Word users:
postscript files may be converted to PDF format with Embedded Subset
fonts by using Acrobat Distiller (recommended by using "Press"
settings). Youcan download and use appropriate job options for
different Acrobat Distillers.
MS Word users can convert their papers to PDF by using http://createpdf.adobe.com.
