Registration is required for each participant. For your convenience, we have prepared a common electronic form for conference registration and hotel booking.

* Students are required to prove their valid enrolment.
The fee covers printed and CD-ROM versions of conference proceedings, conference facilities, social program and refreshment during sessions and breaks.

ESTEC
company offers to you accommodation in various categories. We have selected three hotels that are close to the conference venue:

The accommodation has to be paid in advance to the ESTEC company (see below). If you are not satisfied by the presented selection of hotels, you may want to try on-line booking through www.czechbyclick.com.
The payment of conference fee and accommodation (if required) should be made through ESTEC company. You may choose either credit card payment or bank transfer.
If you wish to cancel your participation in the conference, please send an e-mail to iwssip@fel.cvut.cz putting the words "IWSSIP'03 Cancellation" into the message subject. We will ask you for confirmation and for your bank connection. Then we will send you the conference proceedings and return the conference fee (reduced by 100 €) to the specified account.
Regarding accommodation, please contact Ms. Jana Hasalová (jana@estec.cz). The cancellation conditions are following:
30 days prior to arrival – free of charge
29–15 days prior to arrival – fee of 50% of the first night price
14–4 days prior to arrival – fee of the first night price
3–1 days prior to arrival – fee of 50% of total price
less than 24 hours prior to arrival or no show – fee of 100% of total price
