Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, four-page long papers, including figures and references, of novel research material. For each extra page an overlength charge of 100€ will apply once the paper is accepted. Papers must be submitted electronically by October 31, 2011 using EDAS.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and will be accepted based on its originality, significance, and clarity.
The review process will be handled in EDAS. Full-length 4-page papers that have not been submitted anywhere else will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and will be accepted based on its originality, significance, and clarity. We target an acceptance rate of 50%. The accepted papers of the conference will be indexed under IEEE Xplorer.
Each presentation is allocated a timeslot of 15 minutes which must not be exceeded. Please prepare your talk to last about 12-13 minutes so that a few minutes are left for questions and discussion. For appropriate timing of your talk, it is recommended to use no more than 10-12 slides that are not too dense. Your slides should attract the attention of the audience and emphasize the key points of your paper. They should be easy to understand and legible even from a larger distance. Avoid too much text and small fonts. Use figures and diagrams wherever possible, and colors for headings etc. A computer and a video projector for electronic presentations will be present.

For each poster presentation, there is one board in size: A0 portrait available. However, due to technical reasons two neighbouring boards are placed next to each at an angle see the figure. Each board, has a space of:
Please see the attached FIGURE. Each board will contain one presenter. Adhesive tape for mounting your poster will be provided. Tacks must not be used.
The paper title, authors' names, and affiliations should appear at the top of your poster in a font that is sufficiently large to be legible from a distance of several meters. Your poster should attract the attention of the audience and emphasize the key points of your paper. It should be easy to understand and legible even from a larger distance. It is mandatory that at least one of the authors is present at the poster for presentation and discussion throughout the session duration. Please be prepared to give a brief presentation (5 to 10 minutes) to people interested in your work.
