Registration

• Registration deadline for ALL AUTHORS is 15.02.2012.
• Other participants may register at any time also during the conference at the registration desk.
• It is expected and required that each accepted paper is presented (approx. 15 minutes presentation time) by its author, co-authors or a presenter (non-author).
• A maximum number of two papers can be registered with one registered account.
• Papers must be presented by the registered presenter.
• Registered participants not showing at the conference are not entitled to any conference material.
• No-show authors will be excluded from future IWSSIP paper submissions and the publication in the IEEE Xplorer will be withdrawn.

Note: Vienna is not a cheap place to visit but we will try our best to keep the registration fees comparable with the past IWSSIP Conference. All details can be found directly on the registration page.

REGISTRATION PAGE

The Registration page is open till April 2 with the following types of Registration:

• Standard EUR 490
• IEEE member EUR 440 (*)
• Student EUR 250 (*) (**)

after that you can only register on site with the following types of Registration:

• Standard EUR 550
• Student EUR 300 (*) (**)

(*) To ensure proper processing of your registration, we ask you to send a copy of your valid student / IEEE registration to the organisors.

(**) Papers can be registered using a student registrations. However, these registrations may not include the social events.

• Participation in all conference sessions.
• One conference proceedings per registered participant.
• Each registration fee (regular or student) entitles the publication and presentation of up to two papers of up to 4 pages. The registered author may include additional pages (even forming an extra paper) authored by him/her at an extra charge equivalent to 100€ per extra page.
• Student registration fee does NOT include the social events.

Payment methods supported are credit card payments and wire transfer. Detailed instructions and a link to the payment system will be put online with the acceptence notice (20. December 2011).

Registration and pickup of conference material are located on the ground floor of the conference site Gußhausstraße 25.
