Prospective authors are invited to propose papers in any of the technical areas listed here. To submit a proposal prepare a 2-3 page summary of the paper including figures and references. Send four copies of the paper summary and a cover sheet stating the:

(1) paper title,
(2) technical area(s),
(3) contact author's name,
(4) address,
(5) telephone and fax number and
(6) e-mail address,
