1. After confirmation of reservation the costs should be paid within 15 days by bank draft to:

2. Bank costs must be paid by the participant. Please be sure that your payment is equivalent to the given amount of German marks.
3. Cancellations should be done in advance. Cancellations should be received before May 9th otherwise the participant will be charged for one night.
4. If requested the participant will get a formal invoice during the Workshop. Please fill in the name of person/company/institution which should be stated in the invoice.

Accomodations are subject to space availability. Because of many other events and the visit of Pope to Poznañ on June 3rd, it is strongly recommended to make your reservation as soon as possible. If there is no free room in the hotel/category requested a room in another hotel/category will be offered.

Late reservations, received after April 20th and before May 9th, will be served with no guarantee.
