Participant may register at any time also during the conference in the registration desk
It is expected and required that each accepted paper be orally presented (approx. 15 minutes presentation time) by its author, co-authors or a presenter (non-author).
All papers must be presented by a registered person.
The organizers will not send proceedings or paper separates to no-show authors.
No-show authors will be excluded from all future IWSSIP paper submissions.
(*) To ensure proper acceptance of your registration fee, we may ask you to show the membership card or student card in the registration office, so do not forget to bring it with you to Congress or attach it scanned along with your registration form (or send it by fax) in advance.
Registration fee includes:
Participation in all conference sessions and all social events;
One conference proceedings per registered participant;
Each registration fee entitles the publication and presentation of one paper of up to 4 pages. The registered author may include additional pages (even forming an extra paper) authored by him/her at an extra charge equivalent to 50€ per extra page.
Student registration fee does NOT include the social events.
Payment and registration method:
- You should fill in registration form, and send it via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (please include payment as a message subject) or via fax +38733250725, no later then 27.05.2011.
- Payment methods supported are credit card payment and wire transfer. Detailed instructions for both methods are included in registration form given above.
- In case invoice is needed, you should fill in registration form without filling in the box "METHOD OF PAYMENT", and send it via e-mail to email@example.com or via fax +38733250725. It is important to request an invoice in your e-mail (please include payment-invoice as a message subject).
After you receive the invoice, and fulfill your payment obligations, you should send completely filled registration form following the instructions within.
